Yamani Suisan is an established fish wholesaler located in Tojinbo. We have been working as a wholesale dealer for around 80 years at the Port of Mikuni in Fukui prefecture.
Yamani Suisan is a fish wholesaler with 80 years of history, and we are involved with the fishery industry of the Sea of Japan. We possess a “license” permitting entry into the Port of Mikuni in Fukui prefecture as a wholesale dealer. The title of “wholesaler” here refers to “someone who is permitted to directly purchase Echizen Crabs at market auctions.” This is an important license in the fishery industry that allows only a handful of dealers to directly buy market products.
